Why Heinz 57 Sauce So Expensive?

Why is Heinz 57 Sauce so expensive? I realize most condiments are expensive by weight, but why is Heinz 57 so much more expensive Heinz Tomato Ketchup? A staple at Cheeseburger in Paradise, I’ve grown to like it and wanted a bottle for home. I was just at the store and saw a 10oz bottle for $3.69; by comparison a equally sized bottle of the regular stuff is under $2. I suppose we aren’t going to get that extra kick without extra cost.
