According to this week’s Business Gazette “sales slipped 2 percent during the first quarter for Giant Food of Landover, according to a [recent SEC filing].” This shouldn’t come as a big suprise, especially for folks who have been in the Maryland area for a while.

Faraday Wall Paint?

DefendAir Radio Shield is a metal-laced paint that claims to block radio waves. The product is made by Force Field Wireless and was covered in Information Week (briefly this May, in depth in late 2004). The idea is that it will prevent wireless signals from coming in or out.
