How to Open a Hershey Bar

I noticed one of most absurd things today while enjoying a HERSHEY’s Milk Chocolate bar with my lunch. There is text printed on the plastic wrapper instructing the user (or eater, I guess) how to open it! This is yet another sign that the system as we know it is going to hell. It’s right up there with the “hot content” warnings on coffee cups. Call me insensitive, but these sorts of directions were meant for idiots or morons. Aren’t these the people who likely couldn’t (or wouldn’t) read the directions anyways? While I didn’t keep my wrapper around, here’s a picture of the wrapper. Note the portions labelled “HOLD HERE” and “LIFT & PULL HERE.” If you need instructions to remove the wrapper from a candy bar you don’t deserve to eat it.
