They actually do that at Camden Yards for O's games. You go to a certain booth within the 1st or 2nd inning and sign up as DD. Then, you get two free sodas, which at an O's game is like $8 worth. It's nice that they do this, but it's not as crucial since you can bring your own food/beverage in to Camden Yards. Smart idea on the incentives for designated drivers.
