		<description>if you can't find ground pork, you could always try making the chili "broth" and then cooking a large chunk of pork in the crock pot.  Once cooked, shred the pork with a fork as if you're creating pulled pork BBQ.  I imagine the texture will be satisfactory and the end result quite tasty.</description>
