People are subconsciously happy to be out in the snow and want to slow down and watch it. That must be it. danielle: Excellent! That reminds me of watching Letterman back in the day. When it would snow he'd pull a box of snowballs out from under his desk and start winging them at Paul, the band, the audience. When we were young it was cause for excitement of the possibility of school being late or canceled. Now as adults its can only mean one thing. People will forget how to drive and you commute to and/or from work is bound to take 2, 3, or even 4 times as long as normal. Dont get me wrong, I love snow. Its beautiful on an undisturbed landscape, but save it for a Saturday morning please. I tend to not care for snow mid week.
