Sexual Enterprise is a PC Term for Brothel

It seems that the local police department has a Vice Squad and that they’ve recently been active in my community. My HOA just sent out an email stating that the squad started an investigation based on a resident’s tip.
“As a result of this investigation the following female was determined to be managing this sexual enterprise operating out of the residence [in the 3000 block apartments]. She was arrested and charged accordingly.”
Politically correct terminology aside, who knew there was a brothel being run just down the street? I wonder what sort of economic impact it had on the surrounding area, both immediate and on property value.
