		<description>While I won't argue the douchebag factor, it should be noted that the style is one that dates back to the 1980s but even before then in Europe.  In some circles, these are seen as French cuffs and collars (of course, that would mean the cuff folds back in on itself.  

The look is meant to be a contrast, framing the shirt, even if it reminds you of Lumbergh. To complete the look, though, they need suspenders/braces.</description>
