Kidding aside, the windows were dirty enough that you couldn't have seen anything but the glow from the Target sign. I'm so bummed that I never had the chance to appreciate a good dive bar with a view of Target across the street! Back in 2006 it was _always_ busy it seemed. Then again, I haven't driven past it in years so I have no idea how it was doing recently. I used to live within a mile or two of it.
