Parliament of Whores is a billed as a “lone humorist’s attempt to explain the entire U.S. Government.” I found it to be a logical, cynical, and incredibly funny critique of our system of government. Although first published in 1991, much of P.J. O’Rourke’s commentary still rings true.

As a budding software developer/engineer/guy, I enjoy seeing humorous errors and warnings. Especially in shipped products. It makes interacting with software a less blah experience.

As seen in the parking lot of a Columbia parking lot, this resident is taking the Choose Civility initiative a little further.
I see the “normal” stickers and magnets on lots of vehicles around Howard County. Vehicles whose drivers have disrespectful, unempathetic, inconsiderate, and intolerant roadside manners.
This was refreshing.
For anyone whose ever worked a helpdesk or other IT support, this one is for you.
