I had a package of seven Philly Gourmet Steaks in the freezer, so I decided to make some open faced steak sandwiches. Enough for dinner and a lunch or two, it’s pretty basic.
Here’s what you need:
philly-style steaks
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 slices of bread

When I’ve had a frustrating day at the office, I don’t usually feel like cooking anything extravagant. Nothing that’s going to require a lot of time in the kitchen or requires me to head out to the grocery store. Good food that you enjoy is a must for comfort.
