I have mixed feelings about big chain restaurants. While I certainly patronize my fair share, I try to highlight the little guys, Mom and Pop, and hole in the wall places that frequently go overlooked. But sometimes you’ve got to give credit to a fantastic sandwich.

Behold, the $5 BQ Sandwick from Hideaways. And yes, it’s spelled that way.
