Observation #20 - Weather Theory

Theory: If it’s a beautiful day outside — perfect for working outside or taking a leisurely ride — there will be a dozen tasks to be performed, mostly inside.
Corollary: Days with no scheduled plans or tasks, it will be overcast, rainy, and/or too cold to be outside.
